Corporate acquisition in the accounting sector - Wulff acquires accounting firm Hämeen TiliDiili Oy

Wulff-Yhtiöt Oyj has acquired Hämeen TiliDiili Oy, a versatile and customer-oriented accounting firm in Hämeenlinna. The acquisition strengthens Wulff's position and growth in accounting and financial management services, especially in Southern Finland and the Kanta-Häme region, bringing the group approximately 450,000 euros in additional annual turnover. Hämeen TiliDiili has served its customers for 13 years and is known for its excellent and timely quality of work, personal customer service and confidential customer relationships.

Arja Pajula and Jani Hiekkanen, entrepreneurs of Hämeen TiliDiili, say that the decision to choose Wulff as the new professional home for TiliDiili employees was carefully considered and based on strong trust and shared values: "With the help of Suomen Yritysmyynti Oy, we had discussions with several potential partners, and with Wulff, a strong sense of trust and a feeling that we and our customers would be treated as people and with respect was created from the very beginning. Wulff Tilitoimisto's expertise, strong support organization, and growth strategy convinced us that they are the right partner for both our four-person professional team and our customers."

With the acquisition, Hämeen TiliDiili employees will have access to Wulff Accounting Firms' diverse resources and services, such as IT and technology solutions and training opportunities. Wulff accounting firm professionals actively develop and share their expertise in Wulff's own Accounting Firm Academy. "The accounting industry has had challenges in recruiting skilled and committed professionals for a long time. The fact that we as a company is able to offer a community where experts in the field feel comfortable, develop and can also advance in their careers is a significant attraction factor and competitive advantage in the job search market. It is also great that Hämeen TiliDiili owner-entrepreneurs Jani Hiekkanen and Arja Pajula will continue in the company and as part of the Wulff accounting firm expert community. Their experience and commitment strengthen the common expertise base and bring important continuity to managing customer relationships," says Elina Rahkonen, CEO of Wulff-Yhtiöt Oyj.

Shared goals in supporting customer success

Hämeen TiliDiili serves over 150 companies in different industries. The customer base consists of small and medium-sized companies that value the personal and practical approach offered by the accounting firm. "The future of the accounting firm industry is technology and humanity," says Arja Pajula of Hämeen TiliDiili. "The most important thing for us is to support entrepreneurs on their financial management paths and help them make the right decisions for the benefit of their business. With the acquisition, we will be able to offer our customers even more comprehensive services and develop with them," says Jani Hiekkanen.

"Although artificial intelligence and automation have changed the industry, the role of people in expert work remains central. Entrepreneurs still need a reliable partner who, in addition to implementing accounting services, can see the big picture of the economy and offer them strategic support. The partnership with Wulff gives us the opportunity to develop in this role," summarizes Pajula.
