Auroora Group Plc continues its growth by acquiring the business of Pur-ait Oy, known for its fence and gate solutions. Auroora Group Plc, a Finnish serial integrator, has strengthened its position as a provider of critical infrastructure security by acquiring the business of Pur-ait Oy, known for its fence and gate solutions. The acquisition is part of Auroora Group's long-term strategy, which focuses on purchasing and owning high-quality Finnish companies and developing their business.

Pur-ait Oy is Finland's leading player in high-quality protection and access control solutions, such as the design and manufacture of fences, sliding gates, barriers and control systems. The original idea of the modularity of the product family and the possibilities it offers are still the basis for the design, enabling quick solutions also for individual needs. The company manufactures products in Finland with almost 50 years of experience.
