Wulff acquired Yrittajain Tilitieto in Turku

This acquisition adds strong accounting firm operations to Wulff's network of experts in Turku. Wulff Accounting Firms strengthened its services with a strategic acquisition, when Turku-based Yrittäjäin Tilitieto Oy becomes part of the Wulff Group. The acquisition increases Wulff's turnover by approximately 1.1 million euros and brings eight new top experts to Wulff Accounting Firms. Even after the acquisition, customers will continue to be served by their own familiar accountant, supported by Wulff's team of experienced professionals.

The three-decade story of Yrittäjäin Tilitieto

The founders of Yrittäjäin Tilitieto Juhani Nummila, Jari Tahila and Seppo Österman have worked together for over 30 years. In total, they have almost a hundred years of experience in the everyday life of companies in northern Finland, both in areas of growth and in difficult times. This trio, like the entire Yrittäjäin Tilitieto team, cares about their customers. An accounting professional is often also an advisor, listener and partner for an entrepreneur in a wide variety of situations.

- Accounting entrepreneurship is a way of life for us. It combines work, interests and people with whom we share the same values, says Juhani Nummila.

- We want to understand the operations of companies behind the numbers and help customers with decision-making, continues Jari Tahila.

- With our work, we directly influence the smoothness of our customers' everyday lives and how companies build their future, which feels meaningful, adds Seppo Österman.

Why become part of Wulff?

- We have been thinking about the next phase in our business for a long time, ensuring continuity after our own retirement days in the future. Continuity means to us that the company's management values knowing our customers and personal service and understands that quality is always experienced on a personal level. We are as successful as the individual customer experience, the trio states.

- And the customer experience is the same as the staff experience. When the staff is comfortable and people are met as individuals, this is also transmitted to the customers. With Wulff, we found a common language, cultures and values met. It is easy to see that we can continue with the customers in a familiar and functional way, the trio continues.

Elina Rahkonen, CEO of Wulff-Yhtiöt Plc and CEO of Wulff Accounting Offices, says that cultural compatibility is particularly important to Wulff in corporate acquisitions:

- In accounting office services, trust, personal service and customer understanding are built on interaction between people. When cultures meet, we ensure both a familiar and safe continuum for customers and a meaningful and motivating everyday life for staff. Yrittäjäin Tilitieto joining Wulffi is a great start to a new year of growth for Wulffi!
